Glass and Nothing Else
We use a time-honored Scandinavian glass recipe, the finest raw materials, and centuries-old techniques. No fillers, no coatings, no shortcuts.
The glass that launched the Essex Collection, originally called the Round Wine, and in continuous production for over 50 years for a reason.
Handmade in the USA
Guaranteed to arrive safely
Made of natural materials
Durable enough for daily use
The collar detail just below the bowl, the hand-rolled rim, the sturdy foot: each element considered carefully and virtually unchanged across decades, because it was right from the start. A glass designed to be lived with, not reserved for special occasions. Used in Simon Pearce’s own farm-to-table restaurant, and just as well suited to a backyard dinner or a weeknight at home. Customers who discover it tend to collect it. Once it becomes part of the table, it’s hard to imagine your days without it.
The care behind our glass
We use a time-honored Scandinavian glass recipe, the finest raw materials, and centuries-old techniques. No fillers, no coatings, no shortcuts.
Shaped by hand over the flame, every piece balances form and function. Brilliant to look at, durable enough for daily use, and entirely its own.
Turn a piece over and you'll find this small trace left by the hand that shaped it. We leave it there on purpose to celebrate perfect imperfection.
