Engraved items require 2–3 weeks to process before shipping. If your order includes both engraved and non-engraved items, they will ship separately. Expedited shipping selected at checkout will be applied once your engraved item is ready.

Non-engraved items typically ship within 2 business days. Ground delivery generally arrives within 4–8 business days of shipment. Expedited options (2nd Day and Overnight) are available at checkout: orders placed before 12pm ET ship same day; orders after 12pm ET ship the next business day. Orders will not be delivered on a weekend. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. View additional shipping details here.

Non-engraved items can be returned within 90 days of purchase if you’re not completely satisfied. Items must be in original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Everyday Cleaning

  • Hand washing is recommended; dishwasher-safe if needed.
  • Use a mild detergent on a warm, gentle cycle.
  • Avoid cleaners containing citrus, which can damage glass and cause cloudiness.

What to Avoid

  • Avoid sudden temperature changes. Do not fill with hot liquids or place in the freezer, as this can cause fractures.
  • Do not use in microwaves or ovens.
  • Do not place in direct sunlight; light refraction through glass can be a fire hazard.

    The Perfect Wedding Gift

    This is a beautiful piece. We had it engraved which does extend the time before shipping - totally expected. When the bowl arrived, it was dusty, which I assume is from the process of engraving. Would have been nice if they would have just wiped it down.

    Engrave with new baby name and birthday

    Very pleased , it’s a wow gift and shipped in a special box. I had some issues and Darcy ( not sure of name) at customer care was a huge help.
