Engraved items require 2–3 weeks to process before shipping. If your order includes both engraved and non-engraved items, they will ship separately. Expedited shipping selected at checkout will be applied once your engraved item is ready.

Non-engraved items typically ship within 2 business days. Ground delivery generally arrives within 4–8 business days of shipment. Expedited options (2nd Day and Overnight) are available at checkout: orders placed before 12pm ET ship same day; orders after 12pm ET ship the next business day. Non-engraved items can be returned within 90 days of purchase if you’re not completely satisfied. Items must be in original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Cleaning

  • Clean with a glass cleaner and a soft cloth.
  • Remove wax residue carefully before cleaning.

Candle Safety

  • Extinguish tapers and pillar candles when the flame reaches within 2 inches of the base.
  • Never leave burning candles unattended.

What to Avoid

  • Avoid sudden temperature changes, which can cause fractures.
  • Do not place in direct sunlight; light refraction through glass can be a fire hazard.

    Gorgeous!

    I received two of these as a gift and I love them! They are the large size and look great with a pillar candle inside. The wavy top edge is unique. Lovely for indoor or outdoor gatherings; I would love to get more of them in smaller sizes for larger tables.

    Beautiful Piece

    I purchased this hurricane to display our decades old shell collection from many happy family years at the shore. The glass is so clear and the design so clean and simple. Together with the shells, it is an absolute pleasure to look at. I truly feel even the high quality site photos do not do the pieces justice. They are just beautiful in their design and simplicity. Always a pleasure to behold.

    A timeless piece.

    Another stellar gift made from, Vermont based Simon Pearce. We gifted the, medium Burlington Hurricane to a couple who met while attending UVM to remind them where they met. They love it calling the piece a timeless gift.
