    Where the heck are my candles???

    I ordered hurricane lamps and candles for them about three and a half weeks ago to give to my niece for Christmas. The hurricane lamps arrived on Tuesday, Dec.17, and the candles have not yet arrived. I paid for express delivery, and I intended to ship these gifts by regular post the first week of December from Florida to Texas, but as the days tick by, the cost of mailing in time for Christmas goes up and up and up. So, where the heck are these candles, and why do I have to pay for express delivery from you if it is going to take so long — this is absolutely ridiculous! I am not happy.
