Glass and Nothing Else
We use a time-honored Scandinavian glass recipe, the finest raw materials, and centuries-old techniques. No fillers, no coatings, no shortcuts.
Back from the archives in a limited release. The Stratton Bowl’s twisted glass stem is one of the most technically demanding things we make, and one of the most striking things on any table.
Handmade in the USA
Guaranteed to arrive safely
Made of natural materials
Durable enough for daily use
The twist in the stem isn’t decorative in the ordinary sense. It’s formed by hand while the glass is still hot, requiring the glassblower to keep the pattern uniform and straight while simultaneously building the foot and opening the rim. Three distinct techniques, all happening in sequence, each one demanding its own level of mastery. Light refracts through the twisted stem in a way a plain stem never could. The result is a bowl that earns its place at the table or on the mantel and tends to stop people in their tracks. A limited release, revived from our archives for those who collect with intention.

Behind the Design
The care behind our glass
We use a time-honored Scandinavian glass recipe, the finest raw materials, and centuries-old techniques. No fillers, no coatings, no shortcuts.
Shaped by hand over the flame, every piece balances form and function. Brilliant to look at, durable enough for daily use, and entirely its own.
Turn a piece over and you'll find this small trace left by the hand that shaped it. We leave it there on purpose to celebrate perfect imperfection.
A limited release is a special offering made available for a short time in limited quantities. These pieces may return from the archives, explore a technique that’s difficult to master, or represent a design moment we chose to share more intentionally.
This release is produced in limited quantities and offered for a short time. While we may revisit certain ideas or techniques in the future, availability beyond this release is not guaranteed.
Some limited release pieces can be gift boxed, while others cannot due to their size, scale, or weight. When possible, we do our best to accommodate gift boxing requests and appreciate your understanding when it’s not available.
Availability varies by release. Some limited release pieces are offered across all retail locations, while others may be available in select stores only.
