Engraved items require 2–3 weeks to process before shipping. If your order includes both engraved and non-engraved items, they will ship separately. Expedited shipping selected at checkout will be applied once your engraved item is ready.

Non-engraved items typically ship within 2 business days. Ground delivery generally arrives within 4–8 business days of shipment. Expedited options (2nd Day and Overnight) are available at checkout: orders placed before 12pm ET ship same day; orders after 12pm ET ship the next business day. Everyday Cleaning

  • Hand washing is recommended; dishwasher-safe if needed.
  • Use a mild detergent on a warm, gentle cycle.
  • Avoid cleaners containing citrus, which can damage glass and cause cloudiness.

What to Avoid

  • Avoid sudden temperature changes. Do not fill with hot liquids or place in the freezer, as this can cause fractures.
  • Do not use in microwaves or ovens.
  • Do not place in direct sunlight; light refraction through glass can be a fire hazard.

    This was a replacement order and the new glass is not the same

    I have a full set of 8 Woodstock White Wines that were bought over 10 years ago. Unfortunately one recently broke and I ordered a new glass to replace it. The new glass was slightly different in almost all dimensions - the thickness of the stem, the diameter of the mouth of the bowl, the diameter of the base etc. All slightly smaller and visually a different appearance from the 'original'. I know that the glasses are handmade to to expect some variation however I believe over time this variation is in the wrong direction.
