Engraved items require 2–3 weeks to process before shipping. If your order includes both engraved and non-engraved items, they will ship separately. Expedited shipping selected at checkout will be applied once your engraved item is ready.

Non-engraved items typically ship within 2 business days. Ground delivery generally arrives within 4–8 business days of shipment. Expedited options (2nd Day and Overnight) are available at checkout: orders placed before 12pm ET ship same day; orders after 12pm ET ship the next business day.   • Do not use in microwaves or ovens.
  • Do not place in direct sunlight; light refraction through glass can be a fire hazard.

    Wedding gift success!

    We have made it a tradition to give Simon Pearce champagne flutes as wedding gifts with a note that we think every couple needs exquisite glasses to celebrate special occasions: birthdays, promotions, Wednesdays. We selected these and had them sent. We received a photo from the shipper, but since we have never visited the home, we were not sure if they arrived. Friday night, at the wedding reception, the newlyweds came up to us and thanked us for the fabulous gift which they had used that morning to drink mimosas before the ceremony. They were thrilled to get them, and I suspect they will come visit your store at some point in the future as we told them all about it. Thank you for making their day so special.
