Engraved items require 2–3 weeks to process before shipping. If your order includes both engraved and non-engraved items, they will ship separately. Expedited shipping selected at checkout will be applied once your engraved item is ready.

Non-engraved items typically ship within 2 business days. Ground delivery generally arrives within 4–8 business days of shipment. Expedited options (2nd Day and Overnight) are available at checkout: orders placed before 12pm ET ship same day; orders after 12pm ET ship the next business day. Orders will not be delivered on a weekend. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. View additional shipping details here.

Returns
Personalized and engraved items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Please review your engraving details carefully before placing your order. Have questions? Contact our Customer Care team.

Non-engraved items can be returned within 90 days of purchase if you’re not completely satisfied. Items must be in original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. You may also return items to any Simon Pearce retail store with proof of purchase. View our full return policy here.
