Engraved items require 2–3 weeks to process before shipping. If your order includes both engraved and non-engraved items, they will ship separately. Expedited shipping selected at checkout will be applied once your engraved item is ready.

Non-engraved items typically ship within 2 business days. Ground delivery generally arrives within 4–8 business days of shipment. Expedited options (2nd Day and Overnight) are available at checkout: orders placed before 12pm ET ship same day; orders after 12pm ET ship the next business day. Orders will not be delivered on a weekend. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. View additional shipping details here.

Non-engraved items can be returned within 90 days of purchase if you’re not completely satisfied. Items must be in original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.     ROUND ORNAMENT WITH ENGRAVING

    Have to be honest and for the price paid for a plain glass ornament the ornament is underwhelming. I love and own so much Simon Pierce products and go out of my way to visit the store in VT every year to add to my collection. Every glass and vase and candle holder in my home screams Simon Pierce! But, the ornament is a basic glass bulb with no SP "feel" to it. As it's a special wedding gift as well I would have liked to see a swirl in the glass or something to really make it pop and again, look like a Simon Pierce original with it's unique flair and presentation!
