Engraved items require 2–3 weeks to process before shipping. If your order includes both engraved and non-engraved items, they will ship separately. Expedited shipping selected at checkout will be applied once your engraved item is ready.

Non-engraved items typically ship within 2 business days. Ground delivery generally arrives within 4–8 business days of shipment. Expedited options (2nd Day and Overnight) are available at checkout: orders placed before 12pm ET ship same day; orders after 12pm ET ship the next business day. Orders will not be delivered on a weekend. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. View additional shipping details here.

Non-engraved items can be returned within 90 days of purchase if you’re not completely satisfied. Items must be in original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.     Wedding gift

    The bride and groom loved the vase, it is beautiful . They were so happy with it. However, they did not know who it was from initially because the message was not included with the gift. ( This was after we did not receive a preview of the custom engraving before it was shipped out). Simon Pearce does such quality work I was a little disappointed by this.
