DETAILS

The crackle is born in the moment the hot glass meets cool water during the glassblowing process. The result is a fine, frost-like surface alive with refracted light from every angle, especially when illuminated from below. It adds texture to a forest display and layers beautifully alongside other evergreens to create something genuinely worth looking at.

    Beautiful and so unique!

    I had the pleasure of visiting your studio in Vermont recently and bought a tree on the spot. When I got home it looked so lonely all by itself so I ordered this crackle evergreen. I'm hooked! I have a feeling an entire evergreen forest from Simon Pearce is in my future at my home in Colorado.

    Presentation in the gift box was beautiful and so worthy of its contents. These pieces are lifetime treasures! (The Aspen trees in the photo are a fused glass piece I did recently).

Our Illumination Base comes in two sizes: the small base is best for trees 8" and smaller, and the large base is for trees 10" and up. Both have rechargeable batteries and three brightness settings.
