Engraved items require 2–3 weeks to process before shipping. If your order includes both engraved and non-engraved items, they will ship separately. Expedited shipping selected at checkout will be applied once your engraved item is ready.

Non-engraved items typically ship within 2 business days. Ground delivery generally arrives within 4–8 business days of shipment. Expedited options (2nd Day and Overnight) are available at checkout: orders placed before 12pm ET ship same day; orders after 12pm ET ship the next business day. Orders will not be delivered on a weekend. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. View additional shipping details here.

    Select item in person NOT online

    Online buyer beware: your product could have “bubbles” that make your item look like it belongs in the seconds or imperfect pile. Highly recommend selecting your item in store to avoid being left with a product that has imperfections in non conspicuous places. The clock may not look as advertised.
