Engraved items require 2–3 weeks to process before shipping. If your order includes both engraved and non-engraved items, they will ship separately. Expedited shipping selected at checkout will be applied once your engraved item is ready.

Non-engraved items typically ship within 2 business days. Ground delivery generally arrives within 4–8 business days of shipment. Expedited options (2nd Day and Overnight) are available at checkout: orders placed before 12pm ET ship same day; orders after 12pm ET ship the next business day. Non-engraved items can be returned within 90 days of purchase if you’re not completely satisfied. Items must be in original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.   • Avoid cleaners containing citrus, which can damage glass and cause cloudiness.

  • Avoid sudden temperature changes. Do not fill with hot liquids or place in the freezer, as this can cause fractures.
  • Do not use in microwaves or ovens.
  • Do not place in direct sunlight; light refraction through glass can be a fire hazard.

    The Perfect Pitcher!

    I love a good pitcher, and this handblown Woodbury design is timeless! I bought the medium, which is a great size to make lemonade or a cocktail for two. I like the squared top opening that is unique in its design. I love the medium size, so now I want to have all three!

    Once I found the phone number, customer service was helpful. I ordered the Woodbury pichee as a wedding present. I made a mistake with engraving I think, using the brides three initials- I did not include wedding date or his last name initial -assume that she was going to take her fiancé‘s last name.

    When she opened the gift, I think they may have felt a bit insulted, saying “better safe than sorry. “ I wish the customer service person had warned me that maybe I should have made it look more like a wedding present with the wedding date or no monogramming… the pitcher itself is beautiful

    Wedding Gift

    Part of the tankards and pitcher gift I ordered. It too arrived smashed. I will say that staff responded immediately, however, I’m concerned about ordering gifts again since a company that makes glass should know how to pack it.
