The Waterbury Tealight’s double-gathered texture creates a glow that reads differently depending on where it’s placed and what surrounds it. Two together amplify that quality. The overlapping optic layers catch light from multiple angles, the swirling warmth spreading across a wider surface. A natural pairing for a mantel, a table runner, or a quiet corner that could use a little more light.

Cleaning

  • Clean with a glass cleaner and a soft cloth.
  • Remove wax residue carefully before cleaning.

Candle Safety

  • Extinguish tapers and pillar candles when the flame reaches within 2 inches of the base.
  • Never leave burning candles unattended.

What to Avoid

  • Avoid sudden temperature changes, which can cause fractures.
  • Do not place in direct sunlight; light refraction through glass can be a fire hazard.

    Perfection

    I had purchased the Waterbury tealights a few weeks ago and although beautiful, the inside bases were somewhat convex and so the candles did not sit well, sliding off center. I left a review and was promptly contacted by customer service suggesting that they must be defective because they are meant to have flat bottoms inside. I recently received the replacements, they have flat bottoms and look truly stunning. Thank you to Simon Pearce for these gorgeous works of art and for the excellent customer service. This is how you get repeat customers even when there's a hiccup along the way.
