    Most beautiful and practical.

    I always wanted black dishes, conceptually, but never found any that appealed to me until Simon Pearce came out with these Barre-pattern dishes. I originally purchased a basic set and have added to it over a few years. I use them for everyday and for my best company-dinner parties. I use the luncheon size everyday so we don’t overeat, and I roll out those beautiful large plates for dinner parties. I always get compliments on my dishes. The large platter is perfect for a Thanksgiving turkey. All the other serving pieces work perfectly for veges and many other sides.
