Durable enough for daily use

At 8 oz. and 8½" tall, the proportions are elegant without being fussy. The hand-applied collar accent at the base of the bowl is the detail that ties every Cavendish piece together visually, whether it stands alone or anchors a full table setting. The slight variations inherent to handblown glass only add to the appeal. Customers have owned their Cavendish White Wine glasses since the early 1980s and still reach for them first. A glass that gets better with familiarity, and more beautiful with age.

Everyday Cleaning

Hand washing is recommended; dishwasher-safe if needed.
Use a mild detergent on a warm, gentle cycle.
Avoid cleaners containing citrus, which can damage glass and cause cloudiness.

What to Avoid

Avoid sudden temperature changes. Do not fill with hot liquids or place in the freezer, as this can cause fractures.
Do not use in microwaves or ovens.
Do not place in direct sunlight; light refraction through glass can be a fire hazard.
