Sized for a well-made drink, not a large one. The handblown bowl has a barely perceptible organic quality that catches candlelight in a way pressed glass cannot match. The hand-opened rim rounds the edge where a sharp mold-cut rim would typically catch, and the stem is generous enough to grip without feeling delicate. From the first pour out of a mixing glass to the last, this one makes the ritual feel complete.
